Hello everyone, and welcome to my life.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you who am, and a little history about me.

I will firstly thank my dad (who is up in heaven) for showing me how to imagine and dream of the life I want for myself. My mom for  teaching me discipline, living life with disability, the value of a dollar and further more unconditional love.  I am the oldest of four children. My sister Carla is 25, sister Karalee who is 17 and my brother Ryan who is 16. I'm blessed with a very strong family who has stuck together through thick and thin. I also have amazing relatives who have all supported me in all the crazy things I have tried.  Last but not least my best friends Kelly Johnston, Amie Davio, Trinity Ashmore, Simone Savant, Jessica Oscroft, and my side kick Flasha (my dog).  Many more friends who have been a tremendous part of my life who i will talk about later..

I started bodybuilding when I was 14. I was recovering from a very tragic car accident. Had one year  to sit in a body cast and really think about the things I was going to do when physically able....I learned at a very young age that life is too short to live another day without a smile. No matter what, if you have a heart beat--your still in the game. I believe that there is no excuses and that nobody can stop you from reaching your highest ambitions. I believe in faith, hope and handshakes....(even though i have been taken time and time again,,,,somehow I always end up ahead,,,I am just realizing that no one can ever take my smile away, and really that's all I need for my lifetime.) Keepin' it real, and keepin' it simple is always success!

I am 26 now, and very fortunate to be able to live the life as a bodybuilder. I love it!!!!! It truly is part of who I am. I have built my business to allow me the freedom to dream, eat and train to be the best I can be. I started competing with the guidance of Brian and Donna Logue at age 24. They have been the most amazing coaches I could ever ask for.  At 21 I bought 40% of a gym, ran a successful training business and took full advantage of working in the bars every weekend. With my partner Jessica Oscroft we have recently started another business called Karma-Leans Custom Fit Food.  So yeah, I love being busy. But the coolest thing is that I never feel like I'm working!!!!!  My business is part of my love and life! I wish for everyone to find their true passions and build a life for themselves with it.

As for fun....I have a lot of good times doing anything. I ride a Harley, play hockey, tennis, golf, go rollerblading, biking and love a good shot of baileys while fishing. Sounds silly but dad taught me patience through fishing. My all time favourite thing to to is to go camping with a boat and hang out by the fire, I love going for a water ski at dawn when the lake is crystal glass.  When I'm feeling a little stressed i usually head to the mall to wonder and get lost in thoughts. I also enjoy a few artsi fartsie things like pretty punch and refurbishing my old clothes. What else, oh, I love getting dressed up and going out with my girlfriends.

The freedom to still have a dream is the only brick wall you'll ever have to blast through!!! Dream Big, Imagine your wildest fantasies and Trust in Yourself and then your path will just unfold. Go with the flow and stop paddling up stream with no paddles. I want to ask you, to start enjoying every minute of your LIFE!! Start right now, stop taking your life for granted. BE ALIVE and I promise you will succeed at anything you do. I was told by dad at 5years old that it does not matter what I do in life,,, he said Carmie--I don't care if you dig ditches for a life time but you better be the best, fastest and most respected ditch digger there ever was.  Wow at age 5, I learned a big lesson....Take pride in all that you do.

Thank you for checking out my site.. I have many stories and great experiences to share with all of you.
